The Bertam Master Plan & Architectural Ideas Competition has been launched by Pertubuhan Arkitek Malaysia (PAM) and NAZA TTDI Group early last year, 2011 and now is entering the third stage of the competition called Design Refinement. The successful entry that managed to survive to this stage are announced as follow:

- Veritas Architects Sdn Bhd
- KSKA Arkitek Sdn Bhd

- Pakatan Reka Arkitek Sdn Bhd incollaboration with Ranhill Bersekutu Sdn Bhd, Yong Dan Mohamad Faiz Sdn Bhd and Dr Puteri Shireen Jahn Kassim of EAG Consulting Sdn Bhd
